The Union City Historical Museum, founded by Myrla Raymundo, MBA,  is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to recording and preserving the history of Union City, CA. The organizations primary goals are to:

  • Record an oral history from people living in the community
  • Identify and encourage preservation of historical buildings
  • Maintain a museum containing artifacts, historical documents, and historical books.

Speakers Bureau
The Museum has put together a standard history briefing for Speaker's Bureau members to present to different local groups. The briefing covers the history of the Union City area from the 1790's through to today. If you are interested in having a Speaker's Bureau member give a talk for your group, contact the Museum (see bottom of the page).
 

MEETINGS

Meetings are held quaterly on the first Monday of the quarter at 7:00 pm at the Museum.
